We know how challenging running a home-based small business can be, yet our research showed us that over 500 people who live in the communities surrounding international Avenue operate a business from their home!
Armed with this knowledge, we set about creating a community economic development initiative called emergeHUB.
With funding from Alberta Economic Development, and tons of help from our partners Momentum, Thrive and ACCA, we are helping all kinds of small businesses get started on our Avenue, and boosting our communities as a result!

International Avenue knows that helping our businesses thrive lifts the whole community. One of the ways we do that is by offering regular opportunities to develop your business knowledge.
